The Dixon staff was fortunate to work with Ellen Hsu, from the Richmond School District A.C.T (Area Counselling Team).  Using Professional Development time with the entire Dixon staff present, we explored what we would like to prioritize for our students here at Dixon School.  The attached Wordle is a representation of the thoughtful work of the Dixon Staff.  With these priorities in mind, we will continue to work on developing a new Social Responsibility matrix for our staff and students.
