With a change in staff and a new school year, we did some scanning. When asked what makes Dixon great students had many responses (see Wordle picture). This shows that many students feel connected to the Dixon community through people and activities. The staff also feel that this community is filled with supportive and collaborative people (see Padlet picture). All of this reaffirms the perception that Dixon is a welcoming and inclusive community.
